其中：
整車實(shí)驗(yàn)專家1人，有汽車企業(yè)或汽車行業(yè)整車實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
零部件實(shí)驗(yàn)專家1人，有汽車企業(yè)或汽車行業(yè)零部件實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
材料實(shí)驗(yàn)專家1人，有汽車企業(yè)或材料行業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
電器實(shí)驗(yàn)專家1人，有汽車企業(yè)或車用電器行業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
CAE分析專家1人，有客車企業(yè)或汽車整車CAE分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、Expert Abroad, 5 persons
Requirements: 8 years' work experience
at the laboratory aboard, be familiar
with the advanced international test standard
and test method, having the ability of
experimental method designing, experimental
regulation making, experimental result
evaluating.
Of which: Complete Auto experiment expert,
1 person, work experience at the laboratory
of auto enterprise or Complete Auto industry
is required;
Auto Spare Parts expert, 1 person, work
experience at auto enterprise or Auto
Spare Parts Laboratory of auto industry
is required;
Material experiment expert, 1 person,
work experience at the laboratory of auto
enterprise or Material industry is required;
Electrical experiment expert, 1 person,
work experience at the laboratory of auto
enterprise or vehicular electrical appliance
industry is required;
CAE analysis expert, 1 person, work

要求：
8年以上相關(guān)汽車行業(yè)整車或系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有整車、零部件、電器實(shí)驗(yàn)方法設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)驗(yàn)規(guī)范制訂、實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果評(píng)估的能力。
其中：
零部件高級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)工程師1人，具有汽車企業(yè)和汽車零部件企業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
電器高級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)工程師1人，有汽車企業(yè)或車用電器行業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、Senior Experimental Engineer, 2 persons
Requirement: 8 years' work experience
of Complete Auto or System Test related
to Auto industry, having the ability of
experimental method designing, experimental
regulation making and experimental result
evaluating on Complete Auto, Spare Parts
and Electrical Appliance.
Of which: Senior Experimental Engineer
of Spare Parts, 1 person, work experience
at the Laboratory of Auto enterprise and

博士或博士后 5人
要求：
熟悉本專業(yè)，具有豐富的理論知識(shí)，有一定實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
其中：
零部件方向1人，零部件結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度、疲勞、失效分析以及總成、零件性能、可靠性研究；
材料方向1人，新材料研究、應(yīng)用研究；
電器系統(tǒng)方向1人，前瞻性電器系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)、應(yīng)用研究；
CAE分析方向2人，整車剛度、強(qiáng)度分析，整車碰撞非線性分析；系統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析，空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)分析研究。
3、Doctor or Postdoctoral, 5 persons
Requirement: Be familiar with the said
major, having rich theoretical knowledge
and fairly rich practical experience.
Of which:
Spare Parts field, 1 person, analyzing
strength, fatigue and failure of spare
parts structure and researching on performance
and reliability of assembly and parts;
Material field, 1 person, researching
on new type material and its application;
Electrical System field, 1 person, developing
and researching on application of the
perspective Electrical System;
CAE analysis field, 2 persons, analyzing
stiffness, strength and nonlinear collision
of the Complete Auto, analyzing and researching
on system kinematics and aerodynamics.

要求：
本科以上，機(jī)械、自動(dòng)化、汽車及相關(guān)專業(yè)，有實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
4、Experimental Engineer, 30 persons
Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above,
majoring in Mechanics, Automatization,
